Having successfully completed a number of solutions for the client, we were asked us to act as a consultancy on their major IT project.
We created the overarching structural design allowing them to modularise their disparate departments into a flexible and robust system. We then assisted in the tendering process and continued to supply consultation and support as requested.
During production and after the initial delivery it was decided that it wasn't quite on par with expectations and we were asked to recover the project. Although unfamiliar with the frameworks used, we quickly refactored, repaired and improve it.
Stretching across multiple domains and services, we are helping to expand their administration and customer facing tools. We currently continue to supply further development and support, including aiding in the consultation for the project and are helping to bring on board 3rd parties to extend the solution.
